Ingredients

1/4 Cup(c)  fat free cottage cheese
1/4 Cup(c)  fat free plain yogurt
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium tomato juice
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon juice
1 Cup(c)  cooked shrimp, finely minced
1 Tablespoon(T)  parsley, minced
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1 Dash(ds)  hot sauce, to taste

Preparation

Whip together the cottage cheese and yogurt in a bowl until creamy. Blend in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with fat free crackers or celery.
