Recipe Description
This is a low fat, family favorite that we eat at least twice a month.  The kids absolutely love it!

1 Teaspoon(t)  salt free seasoning
4 Cup(c)  whole wheat spaghetti, cooked without salt
2 Ounce(oz)  low fat mozzarella cheese
1 1/3 Cup(c)  low fat and low sodium spaghetti sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  low fat margarine
1 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1 Pound(lb)  lean, ground turkey
2 Tablespoon(T)  all purpose flour


Preheat oven to 350°F.  Mix the flour and seasoning in a bowl.  Make 4 turkey patties approximately 1/4 inch thick, and dredge in the seasoned flour.  Be sure that both sides are well covered.  In a saucepan heat oil and margarine.  Place turkey patties into the hot oil mix, and sprinkle with seasoned flour.  Cook until golden brown, turn, and continue to cook the other side until golden brown as well.  Remove and drain well.  Place 1 cup of pasta on an ovenproof plate.  Place a turkey patty in the center of the pasta.  Spoon spaghetti sauce equally over each patty.  Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes.  Serve immediately.
