Ricotta Cheese Recipes

Creamy and white, ricotta cheese is made from strained whey. Ricotta cheese can be produced from the milk of cows, goats, sheep, or buffalo. While ricotta is an added ingredient in several pasta dishes, it is also a favored cheese in rich Italian desserts like cannoli or cheesecake.
