There are so many wonderful varieties of mushrooms to try, from typical white buttons to wild edible mushrooms. Mushrooms are used to enhance foods from every imaginable corner of the world. Crimini, shiitake, portobello and oyster mushrooms are all commercially grown varieties deemed safe for consumption.
