Habanero Recipes

Habanero peppers, or habanero chilis, originated in the Amazon region, but made it's way to Mexico thousands of years ago. Habanero peppers are green when they are unripe, but turn orange or red when mature. Modern Mexican cuisine often features the use of habanero peppers in distinctive, spicy dishes.
