Herbs Recipes

Dilled Shrimp Spread

Use a fish shaped mold, or other attractive dish for this elegant shrimp spread.  I like to serve this with toasted baguette slices or crisp raw vegetables.

Orange Burgundy beef Stew

This is a simplified version of the famous French dish, beef bourguignonne. A strip of orange peel imparts a fruity flavor to the meat. Serve. with noodles or mashed potatoes.
