Recipe Description
This dip is best with crackers, but also good with crunchy, fresh vegetables as dippers. Garnish the top with a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley.

Ingredients

2 Teaspoon(t)  fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
2 Teaspoon(t)  curry powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  garlic, crushed
1/4 Cup(c)  mango chutney
1/3 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Cup(c)  cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  sour cream

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, curry powder, garlic, chutney and salt together until well mixed. Fold in shrimp and sour cream. Garnish with parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
