Recipe Description
Vermicelli, very thin spaghetti, cooks quickly. Watch it carefully while it boils to make sure it remains al dente. Regular spaghetti may be used instead.

8 Ounce(oz)  uncooked vermicelli
1   medium tomato, cubed
1   medium cucumber, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  green bell pepper, chopped
4 Ounce(oz)  ripe olives, drained and sliced
1/4 Cup(c)  red onion, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  salad supreme seasoning
1/2 Cup(c)  zesty italian salad dressing


Cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except salad dressing. Add cooked vermicelli and salad dressing to salad. Toss gently to mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight to blend flavors.
