Mexican Avocado Cilantro Hummus

This hummus is bright green and full of flavor! As if avocados weren't tasty enough on their own, this dip takes these vitamin K and potassium rich fruits to a whole new level.

Ingredients

12 Ounce(oz)  garbanzo beans, drained, but not rinsed
1 Cup(c)  fresh cilantro leaves
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste
1/2 Cup(c)  extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup(c)  sesame oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  lime juice
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
2   avocados

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender, and process until smooth, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula several times. Serve chilled.
