Recipe Description
This dish is an interesting spin on the typical mac and cheese recipe. Green chiles give this comforting dish just enough kick to make it spicy.

1 Cup(c)  water
16 Ounce(oz)  sour cream
2 Cup(c)  mexican four cheese blend, shredded
4 Ounce(oz)  green chiles, chopped
10 3/4 Dash(ds)  cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 Package(pk)  elbow macaroni
1 Can(cn)  tomatoes, diced


Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese in combined mixtue. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook on low 4 1/2 hours or until macaroni is done.
