This is a simple, creamy version ofquiche with the subtle taste of shrimp.

9 Ounce(oz)  flour
1/2 Cup(c)  butter
1 Tablespoon(T)  grated parmesan cheese
1   egg, slightly beaten
1 Dash(ds)  salt
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon(T)  milk
1 Teaspoon(t)  worcestershire sauce
1   green onion, minced
1/4 Cup(c)  bottled chili sauce
1/2 Pound(lb)  shrimp
1   chopped fresh parsley for garnish


Place flour; butter; Parmesan, egg and salt in a food processor workbowl or blender container and process until mixed.

Wrap dough in plastic and chill. Divide dough into small balls and press each ball into a miniature muffin cup or small tart cup.

With a food processor or blender; mix cream cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce and green onion until smooth.

Pour mixture into pastry shells.

Top each quiche with a small bit of chili sauce and a few shrimp, and sprinkle with parsley. Bake in a 425 oven for 10 minutes. Cool immediately on a rack.
