1/2 | Cup(c) | all purpose flour or oat flour | |
2/3 | Cup(c) | unsweetened coconut, pre moistened with 2 teaspoons water and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil | |
2/3 | Cup(c) | nuts, chopped | |
1/4 | Cup(c) | sesame seeds | |
2 | Teaspoon(t) | poppy seeds | |
1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | cinnamon | |
3 | Tablespoon(T) | sunflower seeds | |
7 | Tablespoon(T) | vegetable oil |
Preparation
Oil a 10 inch pie plate. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients with a fork. Set aside 1 cup (packed) of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared pie plate. Spread mixture over bottom and sides of plate, pressing firmly. Add pie filling of choice. Sprinkle 1 cup of reserved mixture over top of pie filling. Bake according to directions for pie filling.
