1 1/2 Pound(lb)  swordfish steaks, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1/4 Cup(c)  margarine, melted
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh chervil leaves, chopped

Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Mix margarine, chervil and lemon juice. Cover and grill fish about 4 inches from medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, brushing 2 or 3 times with margarine mixture and turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork. While fish is grilling, prepare sauce by peeling and chopping lemon, removing seeds and membrane. Mix lemon and remaining ingredients. Heat until hot. Cut fish into serving pieces. Serve with warm sauce and lemon wedges.
