4 Cup(c)  beef or chicken broth
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  instant flour
3 Tablespoon(T)  cold water
2 Cup(c)  cooked macaroni
2/3 Cup(c)  sour cream
2   egg yolks
4 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, grated


Bring the broth to boil. Add the flour mixed with 3 tablespoons cold water. Bring to boil, add macaroni. Remove from heat. Add sour cream mixed with egg yolks. Sprinkle with cheese.
