4 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour
4 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
2 Cup(c)  wheat bran
4 Cup(c)  rolled oats
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium baking powder
2 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  nutmeg, grated
4 Tablespoon(T)  brown sugar
1 Cup(c)  egg substitute
1/2 Cup(c)  canola oil
2 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice
4   small bananas
1 Cup(c)  unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted


Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring until just blended. Do not over stir. Pour into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
