Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  walnuts, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice (from concentrate)
1/4 Cup(c)  fat free milk
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  allspice, ground
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cloves, ground
1 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  low sodium baking powder
1 Cup(c)  unsweetened applesauce
1 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cup(c)  oat bran
2 Cup(c)  oats
1/4 Cup(c)  egg substitute
1/2 Cup(c)  dark or light brown sugar
1/2 Cup(c)  low fat margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
