An oat bran muffin is great for family breakfasts, or breakfast on the run.

3/4 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice
3 Tablespoon(T)  honey
3 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium baking powder
3/4 Cup(c)  oat bran cereal
3/4 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour


Preheat the oven to 375° F. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the oil, honey and orange juice in a separate bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the oil mixture. Stir until blended. Fill prepared muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
