My kids love finding these tasty muffins in their brown bag lunches, and I don't mind having them around for wholesome snacking.

3 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
3/4 Cup(c)  rolled oats
1 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  egg substitute
2 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice
2   small bananas, chopped


Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
