Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
2 Cup(c)  sugar
1 Cup(c)  milk
2 Ounce(oz)  unsweetened chocolate
2 Tablespoon(T)  butter
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract, if desired


Cook sugar and milk together for 15 minutes over low heat. Add chocolate and butter and stir until melted. A small amount of vanilla may be used, if desired. Allow 5 minutes to cool. Serve hot over angel food cake or ice cream.
