This simple recipe features freshly sliced onions baked in a pastry shell. A great side dish to beef dishes.

1   prepared pastry shell, 8 inch
1 Cup(c)  milk
1 Cup(c)  curd
4   onions, sliced

Preparation

Take curd and mix with good rich milk to the consistency of cottage cheese. Fry sliced onions until soft in butter, and add to cheese. Season with salt. Bake in a pastry shell in a moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes..
