1   white pepper
2   red onion sliced
4 Ounce(oz)  low fat swiss cheese, grated or thinly sliced (3.92 mg)
12 Ounce(oz)  boneless, skinless, chicken half breast (76.7 mg)
3/4 Cup(c)  romaine lettuce
2   sandwich-size roll
2   medium plum tomato, thinly sliced (3.1 mg)
4 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  ground ginger


Mix the ground ginger with the soy sauce. Shred the lettuce  and place in a small bowl. Drizzle the soy and ginger over the greens, and set aside in the refrigerator.

Butterfly the chicken breast into 2 pieces. Pound them until they are evenly thin and the right size to fit your roll. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat in nonstick pan that has been sprayed with olive oil. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.

When the chicken is nearly done, place half the cheese on top of each chicken breast and cover the pan. Continue cooking until the cheese has melted. .

Lightly toast the buns. Arrange the lettuce or cabbage on top of each bun. Pour any extra sauce over the greens and into the bun. Layer the tomato, onion slices, and chicken with the cheese side up on top of the greens. Add white pepper to taste.
