1 Tablespoon(T)  orange flavored liqueur
2 Tablespoon(T)  liquid honey
1/2 Cup(c)  orange marmalade
6 Slice(sli)  french bread, cut into 1 inch slices
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla
1 Tablespoon(T)  orange flavored liqueur
2 Tablespoon(T)  granulated sugar
2 3/4 Cup(c)  fortified orange juice
2 Tablespoon(T)  orange zest, grated
6   eggs


In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, orange zest and juice, sugar, orange flavored liqueur and vanilla. Arrange bread , cutting to fit, in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Pour orange mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until no longer soggy and firm to the touch. To prepare the orange marmalade sauce: In a small saucepan, bring marmalade, orange juice, honey and orange flavored liqueur to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring, for about 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Serve with French toast.
