1/2 Cup(c)  margarine, at room temperature
1/2 Cup(c)  sugar
2   egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup(c)  honey
1/3 Cup(c)  frozen orange juice concentrate
5 1/4 Cup(c)  unbleached or all purpose flour
10 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon, ground
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cloves, ground
1 Cup(c)  oats, uncooked
1 Cup(c)  raisins


Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, beat the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg whites. Combine the honey and orange juice In a small bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Gradually add the flour mixture to the margarine mixture, alternating with the honey mixture. Stir in the oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire racks.
