Recipe Description
Beef kabobs are one of the easiest and quickest meals to grill up on the barbecue.  The Oriental sauce used in this recipe is a delicious balance of sweet and spice, perfectly suited to beef.

Ingredients

1   yellow pepper, cut in chunks
1   red pepper, cut in chunks
1   red onion, cut in chunks
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  oriental roasted sesame oil
1 Teaspoon(t)  brown sugar
1 Tablespoon(T)  dry sherry
10 Ounce(oz)  boneless beef sirloin steak
2 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium hoisin sauce

Preparation

Cut the steak into 1 inch thick strips.  Combine the hoisin sauce, sherry, brown sugar and sesame oil in a bowl.  Alternately weave beef strips and onions on eight 6 inch bamboo skewers.  To grill, place skewers over medium coals on grill.  Brush with sauce.  Cover and cook until done, 15 to 20 minutes, brushing kabobs with sauce and turning kabobs every five minutes.
