Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
12 Ounce(oz)  basic yeast bread dough
2 Tablespoon(T)  sesame seeds

Brush muffin pans with vegetable oil. Using basic yeast bread dough, divide into 12 equal portions for lunchtime buns or 18 for dinner rolls. Roll each into ball. Dip into bowl of sesame seeds. Place each ball, sesame seed side up, in muffin pan. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400° F. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until buns are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on bottom. Let cool on a wire rack.
