This is a good way to use up yesterday's grilled or roasted chicken in a delicious meal that seems anything but leftover. Pineapple, melon and grapes punctuate the salad with color and bursts of juicy flavor.

1 Cup(c)  seedless green grapes, halved
1 Cup(c)  melon balls or cubes
2 Cup(c)  cooked chicken, cubed
20 Ounce(oz)  pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  dry mustard
1 Cup(c)  mayonnaise
2 Cup(c)  uncooked rotini (spiral pasta) or elbow macaroni


Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, dry mustard, paprika, salt, pepper and reserved 3 tablespoons pineapple liquid. Blend well. Add cooked rotini, pineapple, chicken, melon and grapes to mayonnaise mixture. Mix gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
