Sweet summer peaches accent this creamy frozen mousse. Serve this after your next barbecued dinner and really wow the crowd!

2 Cup(c)  heavy cream, stiffly beaten
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  almond extract
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1 Cup(c)  sugar
2 Cup(c)  peach pulp


Pare and crush peaches. Add the sugar and lemon juice to them several hours before mousse is to be frozen. Add the extract, combine with the stiffiy beaten cream and turn into an ice cream maker. Proceed according to package directions.
