The pesto adds a wonderful flavor to this bread. You can use any pesto you want, whether it is conveniently bought from the grocery store, or you make it yourself with your favorite recipe. Either way, it's delicious!

1/4 Cup(c)  tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3/4 Cup(c)  water
1/4 Cup(c)  pesto
2 Cup(c)  bread flour
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
3/4 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast


Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1 pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
