1 1/2 Cup(c)  whole wheat flour
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1 Tablespoon(T)  low sodium baking powder
1 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon, ground
1   egg
2 Tablespoon(T)  canola oil
1/4 Cup(c)  raisins
1/4 Cup(c)  walnuts, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice
8 Ounce(oz)  pineapple, in juice, undrained and crushed


Preheat oven to 350°F.  Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
