Ingredients

1/4 Cup(c)  olive oil
2 Clove(clv)  garlic, sliced
3   pita breads

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and garlic and let stand for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Halve pita bread, and cut each half into 4 wedges. Open wedges, split them into 2 triangles, and place smooth side down, on a baking sheet. Brush with garlic oil and bake until slightly browned, about 10 minutes.
