Ingredients

1   horseradish root, shredded
1   salt and pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  butter
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  shortening
1 Tablespoon(T)  salad oil
1 1/2 Pound(lb)  beef tenderloin, cut into 4 slices

Preparation

Spread the steaks with oil, cover and leave for 3 hours. Heat the shortening in a large pan. Fry the steaks on high heat 3 minutes, turn.

Add the butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry another 3 nrinutes.

Sprinkle with horseradish, serve immediately.
