Very sweet...almost like coffee cake.

Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1/4 Cup(c)  poppy seeds
1/2 Cup(c)  cooking oil
1 Cup(c)  hot water
4   eggs
1 Package(pk)  instant coconut (or vanilla) pudding
1 Package(pk)  yellow cake mix


Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes.

Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. bake at 350 degrees for a good 50 minutes.

Make sure it is well baked in the center by pressing down on top of bread and seeing if it springs back.
