Ingredients

14 Ounce(oz)  chicken broth
8 Ounce(oz)  sliced mushrooms
1   medium onion, sliced '/4" (6.25 mm) thick
4 Clove(clv)  garlic, crushed
2 Pound(lb)  boneless pork loin, cut in 1" (2.5 cm)
1 Cup(c)  sliced carrot
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter
1 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
1   pinch ground cloves
1 Tablespoon(T)  salt
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  pepper guar or xanthan

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, over a medium burner, heat the olive oil and the butter.

Add the onion and garlic, and saute for a few minutes.

Add everything else, and stir to combine. Cover, turn the burner to low, and let the whole thing simmer for 90 minutes to 2 hours.


Thicken the gravy with your guar or xanthan shaker, and serve
