This bread, flavored with chives, is very nice toasted and served with salmon or salmon dip.

Ingredients

3/4 Cup(c)  water
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter
2 Cup(c)  bread flour
1/3 Cup(c)  mashed potato mix
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh chives, chopped
1 Teaspoon(t)  freeze dried chives
2 Teaspoon(t)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 3/4 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast

Preparation

Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1 pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
