Recipe Description
This brown sugar based icing is an excellent choice for any number of cakes, but my personal favorite is drizzling it over Praline Bundt Cake.

Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 Cup(c)  butter
1/4 Cup(c)  milk
1 Cup(c)  powdered sugar, sifted
1 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract

Preparation

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir gently 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture begins to cool and thickens slightly. Use immediately.
