10 Ounce(oz)  frozen spinach, chopped
3   beef boullion cubes
   water, as needed
2   zuchini, sliced
1 Can(cn)  whole tomatoes, chopped
16 Ounce(oz)  frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 Pound(lb)  ground beef


Brown ground beef in a large soup pot.

Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes and zucchini.

Pour enough water into the pot to cover the vegetables.

Add the bouillon cubes and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Add spinach and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
