Fruit popsicles are an easy and healthy treat you can make for the kids. You can use popsicle trays or ice cube trays as molds.

Ingredients

3/4 Cup(c)  water
10   red raspberries
1   peach or nectarine, peeled, pitted, and sliced
5   ice cubes

Preparation

Place water, fruit, and one ice cube in a blender and blend, adding one ice cube at a time, until mixture is the consistency of slush. Pour into plastic molds, adding popsicle sticks if desired. Freeze.
