2 Pound(lb)  red snapper fillets
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(T)  onion, grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  garlic, grated
1   dash tabasco sauce
1   paprika, as desired


Cut fillets into serving-sized portions.

Place in a single layer in a well greased 12x8x2" baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika, and spread mixture over fish.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
