Recipe Description
This super easy, low sodium dish is a great alternative for all day long holiday dinners, or even a weeknight dinner.  The sauce comes together fast, and is flavorful and delicious.

5 Pound(lb)  turkey breast, bone in
1 Tablespoon (Metric)(tbsp)  butter
1 Cup(c)  apple juice concentrate
1 Cup(c)  cranberry sauce


Put the cranberry sauce, apple juice and butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and divide.  Using a quarter of the sauce, baste the turkey breast, making sure to get some of the sauce under the skin for more flavor.  Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast in a 325º F oven for 1 to 2 hours until a thermometer reads 170º F.  Allow turkey breast to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.  Serve with remaining cranberry glaze.
