Ingredients

1/2 Cup(c)  white vinegar
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
2   egg, beaten
1/3 Cup(c)  water
1/3 Cup(c)  vegetable oil
1/4 Cup(c)  light corn syrup
3 Tablespoon(T)  romano cheese, grated
2 Teaspoon(t)  dry unflavored pectin (optional)
1 1/4 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  parsley flakes
1 Pinch(pn)  oregano, dried
1 Pinch(pn)  red pepper flakes

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender on low for about 30 seconds. Chill in the refrigerator for 90 minutes. Serve over your favorite salad.
