This recipe is absolutely great when teamed up with fresh slices of a French baguette.

2/3 Cup(c)  reduced fat cream cheese
1   seedless cucumber
1/2 Bunch(bn)  fresh dill, washed and dried
4 Ounce(oz)  smoked salmon, thinly sliced
24 Slice(sli)  bread, thinly sliced, about 1 1/2 inches square
1 Tablespoon(T)  horseradish


Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds.  Or, peel long strips of cucumber and cut into decorative shapes with vegetable or cookie cutters.  Mix the cream cheese and horseradish until smooth using a whisk or an electric mixer.  Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each piece of bread.  Top with a slice of cucumber, then a piece of salmon and a sprig of dill.  Arrange on a platter and pass to your guests.
