Calzones are like stuffed pizzas.  You can fill them with anything you like, and it's a great way to use up leftovers.

Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  swiss cheese, shredded
1 Cup(c)  frozen peas, thawed
2   slow cooked chicken breasts, cubed
2   pie crusts, unbaked
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  milk
1/2 Cup(c)  sour cream
1/4 Cup(c)  green onion, sliced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.  Divide the pie dough into eight pieces and roll out between waxed paper to 6 inch rounds.  Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine remaining ingredients except milk and Parmesan cheese.  Mix well.  Place the dough circles on cookie sheets and place filling on half of each round, leaving a 1/2 inch border.  Fold unfilled half over filled half and press edges with a fork to seal.  Cut slits or decorative shapes in the top of each caizone.  Brush caizones with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake for 17 to 23 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot.  Let cool on wire racks for 5 minutes, then serve.
