A wonderful medley of shrimp, crab and fish are combined with croutons to make a versatile, and flavorful stuffing.

8 Ounce(oz)  crab claw meat
1/4 Cup(c)  italian bread crumbs
2 Cup(c)  plain croutons
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  white pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  cayenne pepper
1 Ounce(oz)  shrimp soup base
8 Ounce(oz)  small shrimp, peeled and chopped
8 Ounce(oz)  pollack fillets
4 Tablespoon(T)  margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tablespoon(T)  garlic, minced
3   large onions, diced
1/2 Bunch(bn)  celery, trimmed and diced


Saute the celery, onions and garlic in the margarine until translucent.  Add the pollack and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.  The fish is done when it separates into flakes and appears opaque throughout.  Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.  Drain most, but not all, of the liquid from the pan.  Stir in the shrimp soup base and the cayenne and white peppers.  Fold in the croutons and bread crumbs.  Fold in the crabmeat.  Heat through and serve.
