The smoky taste of grilled chicken is perfect dressed with the tangy sesame dressing. A lovely, light summer dish.

1/2 Teaspoon(t)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  sesame oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 Cup(c)  white vinegar
1/3 Cup(c)  vegetable oil
7 Ounce(oz)  baby corn, drained
1 Cup(c)  carrots, shredded
1 Cup(c)  cucumber, thinly sliced
4 Cup(c)  romaine, torn into bite sized pieces
1/3 Cup(c)  vegetable oil
4   skinless boneless chicken breast halves


Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Brush chicken with oil. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. While chicken is grilling, prepare sesame dressing by beating all ingredients with wire whisk. To serve, cut chicken diagonally into 1 1/2 inch slices. Toss dressing and remaining ingredients. Divide among 6 serving plates. Top with chicken.
