This is a family favorite. Leftovers do not keep well because the shoestrings get soggy, but we never have any leftovers!

Ingredients

3 Ounce(oz)  shoestring potatoes
2 Tablespoon(T)  milk
1 Cup(c)  salad dressing
1 Cup(c)  celery, chopped
1 Cup(c)  carrots, shredded
1/4 Cup(c)  onions, minced
6 Ounce(oz)  tuna, drained

Preparation

Combine tuna, onion, carrots and celery. In a separate bowl, mix salad dressing with milk. Pour dressing over tuna and vegetable mixture. Mix well. Just before serving, mix shoestring potatoes with salad.
