Recipe Description
This is a very lightly dressed salad. If you're comfortable with a more conventional dressing,just add extra oil. The coriander flavor is very subtle here. Add more to taste.

1/8 Tablespoon(T)  salt, or to taste
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  coriander, ground
2 Teaspoon(t)  vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  cider vinegar
1 1/2 Cup(c)  jicama, coarsely shredded
2 Cup(c)  carrots, coarsely shredded


In a medium bowl, toss together the carrots and jicama. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
