1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  red pepper flakes, crushed
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon rind, grated
1/2 Cup(c)  fresh basil, chopped
6   green onions, thinly sliced
2 Pound(lb)  shrimp, peeled and cooked
12 Ounce(oz)  uncooked small pasta shells


Prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
