The slow cooker dessert recipe will knock your socks off! Easy to make, since you just put it in the pot and go.

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  shortbread cookies
1/3 Cup(c)  all-purpose flour
2 Can(cn)  tart cherries,
2 Package(pk)  frozen cut rhubarb
1 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter
2 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cup(c)  light brown sugar

Preparation

Stir together sugar and flour in a 4quart slow cooker. Add rhubarb, cherries and lemon juice, tossing to coat. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Stir in butter and vanilla. Sprinkle each serving with coarsely chopped cookies.
