Recipe Description
This traditional southern stuffing recipe always makes a perfect addition to holiday meals.

Ingredients

1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste
2 Tablespoon(T)  low fat margarine
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  rubed sage
2   egg whites
1   large onion, finely chopped
3   ribs celery, finely chopped
2 Cup(c)  low sodium chicken broth
1 Cup(c)  breadcrumbs
3 Cup(c)  crumbled corn bread

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325° F.  Combine all of the ingredients (except margarine) in a bowl.  Turn into a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray and dot the top with margarine.  Cover and bake for 30 minutes.  Remove the cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
