Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  raisins
1 Cup(c)  wheat germ
2 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla
1/2 Cup(c)  honey
1/2 Cup(c)  canola oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  chia seeds
1/2 Cup(c)  unrefined bran
1 Cup(c)  coconut, shredded and unsweetened
1/4 Cup(c)  flax seeds
1/2 Cup(c)  sesame seeds
1 Cup(c)  almonds
1/2 Cup(c)  sunflower seeds
1 Cup(c)  cashews
5 Cup(c)  quick oats

Preparation

Mix grains and seeds together (the first 9 ingredients).

Heat oil, honey and vanilla until warmed; add to mixture.

Spread on a large baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and sprinkle wheat germ and raisins over granola.

Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
